1. Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
It must include all original contents (manuals, accessories, etc.)
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, such as:
Items damaged after delivery
Items used or not in original condition
Clearance or final sale products
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
